Morpheus

Discovery and application prototype

Morpheus is the name of the programme that will deliver the next-generation tactical communications system to the British Armed Forces. It will replace Bowman and will evolve to be an open, modular system connecting deployed forces to their commanders and giving improved access to operational IT systems. An open systems approach will allow new technologies such as radios and apps to be rapidly integrated to tackle emerging threats and enhance interoperability with allies.

Sketching workshop output - exploring possible interface options

Contracted through General Dynamics to assist with the scoping and development of Morpheus; my role largely involved running a series of sketching workshops with various stakeholders and SME to the help design the variety of interfaces that would feature within battlefield equipment and vehicles.

Within these workshops, I would identify sets of user and functionality requirements and use them as the basis for any number of Axure prototypes that would be taken into development for testing.
